How does Total Body Reset work?
We meet from 8:30-8:55 am CST on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays via Zoom.
If you can’t attend a live class (or are in a different time zone!), that’s okay! You get the link for the recording for 72 hours and can watch the replay from anywhere in the world.
No special equipment necessary! Just grab a yoga mat or find a carpeted area (or stay in your bed!), and you’re all set! If you're feeling a bit shy on camera, you are welcome to leave your video off if you attend the class live.
At your own pace
You can follow along at your comfort level. I always provide modifications and cues throughout so you don’t feel lost!
Here's the deal...
Total Body Reset: Simple Moves to Improve Balance and Mobility costs $21/month (this ends up being just $1.75 per class — less than a cup of coffee most places!) and there are no contracts or long-term commitments! Just pay as you go from month to month.
