What You'll Get Inside Movement For EveryBODY
Module 1: Introduction & Movement for EveryBODY Basics
This week sets the foundation for not only the rest of the course, but you’ll learn and practice the fundamental movements of Original Strength™ that will help your body reset and restore your strength.
Module 2: Refine Your EveryBODY Practices
This week, you’ll learn variations on the foundational movements from last week, as well as new movements from other modalities. As you practice your movements in a slightly different manner, your body will continue to “wake up” as you feel stronger and more balanced.
Module 3: Modifications for EveryBODY
You’re likely to already feel diminished pain and stiffness from the first two modules, and this week you’ll learn even more variations to your foundational Original Strength resets. All bodies respond differently to the movement resets, so with more variations to try, you can find the one that's just right for where you’re currently at!
Module 4: Review and Next Steps for EveryBODY
This final week will prepare you for incorporating your newly-learned movements into your everyday lifestyle, so that you can maintain the increased physical fitness you’ve gained and know exactly what to do whenever you need a reset.
